Education is necessary for all the the countries of the world. It helps us to evaluate and develop our skills and help the others .
Education is different from one country to another. take for example education in Algeria and in the USA . In USA the education is not free ; it is by payments, the level there is very high and students are qualified. while in Algeria education is free and the level is not high and the students are not qualified to enter an international university such as Oxford and Cambridge.
in the end , education is a right and a duty for everyone.

التعليم هو ضرورة لكل دول العالم،بحيث يساعدنا على تطوير مهاراتنا و إفادة غيرنا.
فالمقارنة في التعليم بين الدول مثلا الو.م.أ تعمل بجهد لصالح الطلاب في كل المراحل،فهو تعليم ذو مستوى عالي وراقي وهو بالمال والدفعيات.
أما في الجزائر فهو أقل شيئا من الو.م.أ فالتعليم هنا غير مؤهل لدخول جامعات عالمية كجامعة اوكسفورد أو كمبردج.وهو مجانا.
في النهاية التعليم هو حق و واجب لكل شخص.

::::::the counterfeit :التزوير:::::::::::

Counterfeit is an act of violating the law .
It is a kind of crimes like money laundering and the piracy of deposition and many illegal businesses . the doer must be punished whether by going to jail or by paying a lot of of money.
this phenomenon is expanding all over the world and becoming a habit between the criminals . as a result the economy and society are in danger if we do not stop that.
finally i say that...the law never save the stupids.

التزوير هو عمل غير قانوني، وهو عبارة عن عدة أعمال إجرامية كتبييض الأموال وتزوير الشهادات والعديد من الأعمال الغير قانونية ويعاقب فاعلها بالسجن او دفع غرامة مالية كبيرة.وهذه الظاهرة إنتشرت كثيرا في العالم وأصبحت العمل المتداول بين ألسنة المجرمين، ولقد اردنا أن نبين مخاطر هذه الأعمال الإجرامية التي تعود على
الإقتصاد العالمي وفساد المجتمعات،ولقد ظهرت عمليات التزوير في الدول المتقدمة من ثم بدأت تنتشر حتى غزت كل العالم،وفي النهاية أقول أن القانون لا يحمي المغفلين.

::::::ancient_civilizations:الحضارات القديمة:::::::

Centuries ago, many civilizations rose, flourished but unfortunately they collapsed this is due to many reasons.
First, internal &external conflicts and wars contributed in a way or another in the collapse of same civilizations because of the lake of stability and security.
Next, climate change elso led the decline of ancient civilizations.since ancient civilizations depended mainly in agriculture, when was drought or flood, people couldn't develop an agriculture and thus they weren't able to maintain there civilizations.
Finally,the selfishness of some rulers the end of ancient civilizations.the fact that the pharaohs were buried with treasure behind the collapse of Egyptian economy and Thu the decline of Egyptian civilizations, to conclud with,thought ancient civilizations declined long time ago, they still have an effect on our modern life.

في قرون مضت،العديد من الحضارات إزدهرت و عمرت لكن للأسف كلها سقطت وهذا يعود إلى عدة أسباب.
أولا،الأزمات الداخلية والخارجية والحروب ساهمت بطريقة او بأخرى في هذه الأزمات لنفس الحضارات بسبب االبحيرات التي كانت تحميهم.
ثم،التغير المناخي كان أيضا سببا في إنقاذ العديد من الحضارات.
فالحضارات القديمة كانت غالبا تعتمد على الفلاحة،عندما كانت الأرض في جفاف الناس لم يستطيعوا أن يحافظوا على حضارتهم بسبب ندرة المياه.
في الأخير، الأنانية في بعض المبادئ تسببت في إنتهاء الحضارات.
في الواقع،الفراعنة دفنوا مع كنوزهم بعد إنهيار الحضارة المصرية.ونستنتج أننا نفكر بأنها إنهارت منذ زمن بعيد لكن لديهم تأثير على أسلوب حياتنا الحديث.

::::::::the_corruption: الفساد::::::::::::

The corruption is a very dangerous phenomenon that threatens societies world wide, So, something should be done to eradicate it as soon as possible.
First, the government should pass strict laws to protect the citizens from corruption and punish corrupted people.then they must appoint honest civil servants who work honestly for the country and who don't commit illegal practices such as bribery, embezzlement....moreover,the government should also fight tax evasion.everyone who has revenue has to pay taxes.especially those with high revenues, and the laws must punish those who don't pay.
Finally, we should teach our workers moral values and respect of ethics in their business.
In conclusion, the fight against the corruption isn't the responsibility of the government only, citizens should also participate in this fight.

الفساد ظاهرة خطيرة جدا،التي جميع المجتمعات في العالم.
إذن،شيئ ما يجب أن يفعل لتجنبها في أقرب وقت ممكن .
أولا،الحكومة عليها أن تضع قوانين صارمة لحماية المواطنين من الفساد،ومعاقبة الأشخاص المفسدين.ثم يجب عليهم أن تعيين مدنيين مخلصين لخدمة الدولة،ولا يقدمون على فعل أعمال غير قانونية كالرشوة, والإحتيال.
بالإضافة،الحكومة يجب عليها مكافحة المتملصون من الضريبة.
كل شخص لديه دخل وطني مطالب بدفع الضريبة خاصة ذوي الدخل العالي،و القانون وجب أن يعاقب المتهربون من الدفع.
أخيرا،يجب علينا تعليم عمالنا القيم الأخلاقية, وإحترام اداب المهنة في أعمالهم
